Expanding CNC Horizontal Milling Capabilities

Hutchinson Manufacturing has purchased a new Milltronics HBM4 CNC Horizontal Milling Machine. The HBM4 is a heavy duty and highly accurate table type machine with cutting envelope dimensions of x= 86”, y= 63, Z=61, w= 20. This machine will be on line mid December of this year.

CNC plasma cutting and Daewoo horizontal machining center

Hutchinson Manufacturing has advanced its fabrication capabilities with the acquisition of a CNC High Def plasma cutting table and a Daewoo horizontal machining center.
The 10 X 40 ft bed CNC plasma cutting... table enables high definition plasma cutting of steel plate thicknesses of 16 gauge to 2 1/2" and oxygen cutting of steel thicknesses from 2 3/4" to 12 ".
The 4-axis Daewoo horizontal CNC center has two pallets for efficient off-line set up capabilities.
